i just cry my eyes out when i feel like crying and that makes me feel better. then i watch a movie or listen to music or write about whatever comes to mind or i drink coffee in my garden and play with my dogs and i forget about it for a while. i dont think there’s a proper solution. we all have our ways to cope with our sadness. just do those little things that make you feel less like shit.
